Utility Consumer Rights
PULP Conferences
PULP conducts conferences throughout the state on Preventing Utility Terminations and other topics relating to universal service, affordability, and customer protection. These sessions are well attended by staff of agencies and organizations that assist low income households.
PULP will customize conferences on topics such as preventing utility terminations, affordability of utility service, utility customer protection, and broadband access for your organization or community.
