Richard Winsten, Esq. - Chair. Mr. Winsten is a member of the law firm of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. with a government relations practice.  He has been Chair of the PULP Board since 2000. A detailed web page profile is at http://www.msek.com/meyer_profiles.cfm?id=25

Nancy Le Blanc - Co-Chair. A graduate of Mills College and Yale Law School, and a former Fulbright Scholar, Ms. LeBlanc is an attorney practicing law in Upper Jay, NY.  From 1963 to 1978 Ms. LeBlanc was Associate Director and then Director of MFY Legal Services, one of the first community-based legal services offices for the poor.  She is an active member and former President of the Essex County Bar Association.  A prior PULP Board Chair, Ms. LeBlanc was one of PULP's founding members in the 1970's and has served as an officer of the PULP board continuously since then.  LEB-Law@Whiteface.net

Jill Kupferberg - Treasurer - Ms. Kupferberg is an attorney in New York City. A former PULP staff attorney, she established a law practice in New York City. She has been a PULP board member since 1983.

Bruce Caulfield - Secretary - Mr. Caulfield is a paralegal with Neighborhood Legal Services, Inc. in Buffalo, NY.  He is familiar with many of the legal problems of low income households. He has been a member of the PULP board of directors for more than 15 years.

Don Friedman - Mr. Friedman is a Senior Policy Analyst with the Community Food Resource Center, a nonprofit organization that addresses food, hunger, nutrition and income issues in New York City.  He focuses on welfare and welfare reform issues, engaging in advocacy, education and advice concerning public assistance issues.  Before joining CFRC, he worked for 21 years as a staff attorney and then a government benefits specialist with Legal Services for New York City. He also teaches in the Urban Studies Department at Queens College, and chairs the Social Welfare Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.  He has been a member of the PULP Board for more than 15 years.

B. Robert Piller - Mr. Piller is an attorney and consultant on development of advanced telecommunications services for non profit and community based organizations in New York City.  He was one of the early staff attorneys of PULP in the 1970's and served as Executive Director of PULP for more than twenty years, until 2000. He has been a member of the PULP board since 2003.
