3. Make A Bequest to PULP:
Making the Public Utility Law Project of New York, Inc. a beneficiary under a will is an easy and effective way to provide financial support. We are especially grateful for unrestricted general support gifts which can be used to address current needs and priorities.
When making a bequest to benefit PULP, the following language is suggested:
“I give/bequeath the sum of $__________________ (or ____% of my residuary estate) to Public Utility Law Project of New York, Inc. for its general operating purposes.”
4. Other Donation mechanisms:
Contributions of appreciated stock or mutual funds, IRA or retirement account beneficiary designation, life insurance policies, and charitable trusts - remainder or lead - are alternative ways to provide support.
