PULP Consulting Services
PULP offers consulting services on issues affecting utility consumers. These services are offered to local and state government agencies, non profit consumer organizations, and others supportive of PULP’s mission to achieve consumer protection and universal, affordable energy and telecom services.
PULP has provided consulting services in the areas of consumer protection for utility and telecom consumers, energy affordability, low income energy utility rates, and Lifeline rate enrollment methods.
