March - June, 2003 Deposit Policy
In early 2003, the new policies as summarized by NiMo are as follows:
These policies may have been modified again. PULP is seeking to reverse or modify these new policies. To date, the main issue being litigated is NiMo’s effort to introduce deposits. Extensive materials on that case are available by topic on the buttons on the right.
Persons whose service may be denied, delayed, or otherwise adversely affected by the new policies may, after complaining to the company, seek assistance from the PSC “Hotline” at 1-800-342-3355 if service has been denied, delayed or is being terminated. Also, after complaining to the company, formal complaints may be lodged with the PSC by calling 1-800-342-3377. Complaints may also be made by e-mail to the PSC, in writing, or in person.
